A delicious, and yet simple recipe for a dessert with cupcake, custard and strawberry jam.

For 12 Cupcakes
 125 g Butter, room temperature
 125 g Sugar
 2 Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla
 125 g Selfraising flour
 2 tbsp Milk
Other ingredients (for 2 desserts)
 4 tbsp Custard
 3 tbsp Strawberry jam
 2 tsp Dark chocolate, grated

Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C) and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.

Add the butter to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

Add sugar and mix until incorporated.

Add eggs one at a time, mix until incorporated.

Mix in vanilla.

Add self-raising flour and mix until it is incorporated.

Finally add the milk and mix until smooth.

Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to finish cooling.

Decorate

Slice cooled cupcake in half, spread 1 tablespoon of jam on the bottom layer.

Add 2 tablespoons of custard to the mason jar.

Add the cupcake to the mason jar.

Add some jam on the top of the cupcake.

Finally add the grated chocolate to the cupcakes.
